Sri Subramanya college of Engineering & Technology is a self financed un aided institution which was started in the year 2000 – 2001 and promoted by the Sri Subramanya Educational Trust established in 1997 to provide technical Education to the youth by imparting practical training, knowledge, skills & application in actual working situation.

The college is situated in the National Highway (Palani - Pollachi) at Sukkamanaickenpatti, 9 kms from Palani town and is approved by the AICTE, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University, Chennai.

Dr.E.P.Janardhanan is the chairman of the trust. He owns a transport unit, forms and industry in Kerala and Mumbai. He is a permanent contractor of the telecommunication department of the Govt. of India for erecting telecommunication and microwave towers throughout the country. He has been awarded for his excellence and challenges by this Governments.
 
 
Placement:                     
Our placement activities are co-ordinated by student representatives from various departments under the able guidance of the Placement Officer.
Frequent industrial visits are arranged for the students to visit reputed industries and organization students are also required to take up in-plant training during semester breaks, which will give them an insight to the industrial environment.                                                                   more>>
